Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the rack in its original packaging, ensuring all hardware, straps, and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment for condition and completeness, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
